Job Description:
A company is looking for an Associate Member Support Specialist
(Spanish) to assist current and prospective members throughout
their journey.
Key Responsibilities
Become an expert in Hinge Health's offerings and troubleshoot
member challenges
Provide friendly and professional support to members via email,
phone, and chat
Collaborate with key stakeholders to enhance member support as the
company expands globally
Required Qualifications
At least one year of experience in a call center or customer-facing
role
At least 6 months of experience with technical support
Proficient in both written and spoken Spanish
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
Experience in healthcare or tech, preferably startups
