Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Technical Support
professional to join a high-performing team in a remote work
environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide Tier I and II technical support for software, hardware,
database, network, and AWS issues
Analyze incoming requests and prioritize for proper action,
resolving problems or escalating as necessary
Maintain training and support documentation and instruct users on
the use of PCs and networks
Required Qualifications
High School diploma plus some advanced training; minimum of 3 years
of experience
Prior call center experience required
In-depth knowledge of IT operations and incident management
processes
Familiarity with cloud architecture and best practices
Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to obtain a 6C Level Public Trust
security clearance
