Come grow your career with Eurest.Job Summary Job Summary:Working as a Director of Dining Services, you are responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations for a dining account. You will manage and lead a team of associates, manage client relations, and ensure that the food offered to customers is of superior quality. If you have experience managing others, a hospitality mindset, able to communicate with high-level clients, and marketing/retail experience, look no further!Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain excellent relationships with customers, guests, and clients as well as other departments
• Work with the Chef and management team in creating menus and providing top quality food
• Oversee all P&L and budgeting as it pertains to the account
• Roll out new culinary programsPreferred Qualifications:
  • BS, Hospitality or Culinary degree preferred
  • Marketing and/or retail experience preferred
  • Three to five years of foodservice operation experience
  • High volume production and catering experience is essential
  • Previous experience managing a budget
