Job Description:
We're a design and technology studio that builds digital
products, creates experiences, and loves dogs.In 2013 we saw an
opportunity to build a studio a little differently. We set out to
maintain a small, nimble team large enough to meet clients' needs
under one roof but small enough to move quickly. We believe in
delivering the highest quality product while still being able to be
home in time for dinner, which some like to call "work/life
balance."To succeed at Five & Done is to leave ego at the door,
treat others with respect, empathize with our clients and respond
to every opportunity with the same passion that got you here.Sound
like your cup of tea? Let's chat.Five & Done is looking to add to
our team in Aliso Viejo, CA.This is a perfect role for a Senior
Project Manager with a strong understanding of web development,
UX/UI design, and quality assurance processes. The Senior Project
Manager should also have an account management mindset and
contribute in a way that is more than just Gantt charts and status
reports. The role is responsible for building relationships with our
clients and becoming a subject matter expert on their industries
and ecosystems. This person will work with major clients, like
Warner Bros., Hagerty, Toyota, and Ubisoft across a variety of
project types and sizes. They will help our team design, build,
maintain, and evolve marketing sites and web applications. We work
with great clients who know us for being creative, principled,
diligent, intellectual, passionate, precise, and a hell of a lot of
fun. We believe in work-life balance---but also getting the work
done and done right. Our office is casual; our team is a family;
our benefits are great and our love of semicolons can border on
obsessive.Everyone at Five & Done has a voice. We are constantly
improving ourselves, our process, and our people and we'd expect
you to contribute to that. We hire people that spot problems and
look for solutions; who always take the time to log a bug they see,
no matter how small; who can write a convincing email to
communicate technical points to non-technical people; who get antsy
when they see things sit on their to-do list too long; who respond
to emails, even if it's to say 'I'm looking into this and will have
an answer by tomorrow.'Responsibilities
